The New Digital Learning Lab

Our engineering students did start using the new digital learning laboratories this week.  The laboratories consist of two seperate rooms, that have been designed to study and exploit new educational metods in higher education and at high school level. The rooms are equiped with a range of state of the art digital tools that provide students easy access to large presentation- and workingsurfaces. This includes usage and exploitation of modern mobile services.

It will be carried out several tests and experments during the fall 2011, addressing new ways of providing education and training methods in engineering courses, mathematics, physics and language training. In total, 5 classes will be involved in 2011. The rooms will also be used for testing out new distance training solutions.

SRS 2.0, PELE 1.5, Eval 1.0 and iLike 1.0 are available for use.
