2011-09-22

Teachers working at HiST in Trondheim, and at CFL in Soderhamn, Sweden, have been using the online Student Response System (SRS) for a period now in a range of courses and training diciplines. The experiences and feedback obtained from the students are very good. At October 24-25, experienced SRS teachers meet in order to exchange experiences, discuss methods, design next generation mobile learning services, and test out the new evaluation services for Smartphones that are currently developed in the Done-IT project.

The picture shows Quality Management students in Romania that are using the online Student Response System developed in the EduMecca project (2009-2010). In a prequalification course for engineering studies at HiST are ca 75-80 % of the students now using their own Smartphone regularly to operate the online response system in math, physics, language training, and social seiences. The online SRS is going to be demonstrated at the HiST stand at Online Educa in Berlin in the beginning of December.

SRS 2.0, PELE 1.5, Eval 1.0 and iLike 1.0 are available for use.
